I have a E1EB-15ha 10 year old furnace, about 2 months ago the AC relay melted I replaced it and the AC worked great again for about 1 month then it melted again. What could be the cause? So I can fix the cause so it won't melt again. I am an OTR driver and hard to check forum can you please email your thought about it to rick at [email protected] Thanks in advance

To high of a current draw or loose wire connections are the main cause for this type of problem.
