Hello, I've had this Nordyne running on propane for about 7 years in a doublewide. Supposedly, it's ready to use central air and I'm trying to avoid any surprises. I'm not sure the motor needs to be upgraded or if any additional work needs doing besides installing the pad/condenser & electrical.

Any tips, advice, or suggestions are appreciated

Seems an evap coil is needed, but I don't know what model/price is appropriate.
