I just joined recently, and I'm going through the forums reading messages. I am confused, however, on how to edit my profile. (It's currently empty).

Good morning,
To get your My Profile link you need to invite a friend. To do this click on someones name, in there profile you will see ADD USER, click this and complete the invite form and send. When the person receives it they will respond back. There pic will be posted in your profile. Once this happens you will get your link that will be located in the blue task bar on the main page of the site. This will allow you to create your profile.

Hi again,
I see you have a waiting for approval notice...I believe you need to check your personal messages, link is in the blue task bar directly under HVAC, or you should get a pop up asking acceptance/denied.
