How to post new topic

Hi Greg and team, it has been a while since I was last on your site. Your insights were always helpful. Now I'm trying to post a NEW TOPIC and cannot find a way to do it. No button or link shows on the Main Forum Page. Could you direct me? I have a water heater 'door' issue that I'm hoping people can shed light on. Wind caught it when I had it open and must have banged hard enough to make it not close any longer. I had to hammer the side a bit and get the lower half in...bent the internal aluminum near the vent...mmm.
