Hello, I bought a mobile home on a lake lot and the Coleman gas (propane) furnace has not been on for 6-7 years. the (stove)Water(electric) hasnt been on either. Is there anything that I should do to make sure these are in safe condition?

Pull burner assemblies in both to make sure they are not full of spider webs. Check both roof vents to be sure they are clear and not obstructed by anything any critter may have built in them. When firing them up be sure you know where the gas valve is so you can shut them down asap in the event something isn't right.
