Hi.......I just noticed the insulation, inside the door of my Coleman EB12 is filthy from cat litter dust, and just 5 years of not thinking of vacuuming the door.
Vacuuming it doesn't really get it clean. It appears to be glued on.
I'm assuming it is not replaceable?

Yes, I change furnace filter frequently.

thank you in advance for information.

It's glued in. If you really want to clean it, wait for a HOT day, hose it off real well with a "shower" setting on your hose then set it in the sun for a day or so to dry. Don't lay the door flat as it will pool water and take forever to dry, just stand it up and let the insulation side face the sun.
