Coleman 6806-842 Electrical short

Ok I have been looking for the replacement part for part 59011a-11 first time ever digging into a colman unit, can someone help me to locate the proper replacement. it terminal markings are h1,h2,m1,m3, there may have been a m2 in there but the short melted part of it. other markings are of course 24v, h40 c40, r1v, and would you have an idea of what would have caused this short, heat element etc. it is the #3 relay below the heater coils.
