My EB23B is making a clicking sound every minute or so, like it sounds when it's about to turn on, however we have it off with our warm weather. The metal grate on the front is really hot to the touch and when I take it off to check inside, it is really warm like the heat has been running inside the unit. Not sure what to do. Worried it's going to catch on fire. Any suggestions?

I would shut the unit off until you can get a better answer or have a service tech. look at it. There may be a switch on the unit or flip the breaker if you have to.

Thanks! Flipped the breaker off. At least the clicking stopped and it's cooled down. Have a service tech coming out tomorrow afternoon.
