We have replaced the thermal coupler on this furnace. Every time it is turned off of pilot to the ON position, the pilot blows out and the furnace burner does not light. Suggestions please. Thank you.

Is the thermocouple positioned properly in the pilot flame? If so, then the either try another thermocouple or the control valve is bad and needs to be replaced.
