I have a model EB15B model ac/furnace that I presume is Coleman however it doesn't say Coleman any where. The furnace is blowing only warm air. I don't see any glow from the 3 heat coils. The heat coils have a part number of 5000-218-501 and 5000-219-501. I didn't find either part number on your parts lists. Any help to why there isn't heat? Thanks.

Hi,

Yes, you have a Coleman.

Many times when heating elements don't come on, the fault is a defective sequencer. The sequencer for your furnace is part # 3115-3571. http://www.aberdeenhomerepair.com/store ... -sequencer

You can check the heating elements for resistance. Shut the power off, remove the wires and test with your meter. Use the setting on your meter that indicates continuity (the meter will beep or the needle will go all the way across if your resistance is good). Or just pull out the elements and look for any broken wires.

These are the heating elements your furnace uses: 3500-405P/A: http://www.aberdeenhomerepair.com/store ... ment-4.8KW

and 3500-410P/A http://www.aberdeenhomerepair.com/store ... ment-9.6KW

Thanks,
Mark
