dgat090bdd not coming on

My furnace (dgat090bdd) will click and then nothing. The AC and fan work fine. No status light. I've checked the connections as posted in another thread with these results:
L1 to Neut - 122 v
XFMR to Neut - 124V
24vac to com - about 25 v. (far less than the 124v).
What now? We've got a cold front coming in next week so any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
