Coleman Eb12b Fan problems

I started having a problem with the blower fan on my furnace/ac/heatpump(EB12b) at the end of last year. When it switches fron heat to ac(and the other way around) the fan tries to start then stops. it does this several times before actually starting. when it I didn't have any problems with it this summer but now that the heat pump has kicked on it is acting up again. Does anyone know what the problem could be? I am thinking a fan relay but would like another opinion. if were just heat I would suspect the sequencer. any help would be appreciated.

Replaced the blower relay and all appears to be well,....only time will tell.
