I'm replacing a 3400-384 transformer on a coleman model 3400-818 electric furnace.
The old transformer has two 115 volt legs on the (line side} and two 24 volt legs on the (load side.)
The web site says the replacement part is model 621299 which is marked with two 24 volt legs,(good,) and one 230 volt leg and a "common " leg.
Is it a total 230 on one leg and the common is a neutral, if that's the case, this isn't the correct transformer.
Also the old transformer is 10va and the new is 30va, does this matter?

Hi,
No that is not the correct transformer. You can use any transformer that is 120 and 24 volt. They also make a transformer that is universal it can do 230 and 120 you just need to use the correct leads. You can pick this up at any part store.
here is a link for a transformer that will work for you.

Thanks and hope this helps
