Need help with DGAA056BDTA combustion blower motor

I just moved in to a mobile home last week and I just found that my furnace is not working, 3 flashes, which mean combustion air switch failed to close. If it is really problem with that switch, then the furnace should be running when I bypassed that switch but it didn't. My thought is combustion motor was not working. Now before I start to order a replacement part, I need to find out which on is bad.
If combustion motor or combustion switch is bad then the furnace should be ignited when I shorted the combustion switch, is that correct?
can someone tell me what is the voltage go to ignite or resistant for good ignite? I want to make sure this it is still good.
Any advices are appreciated.
Thanks
