Coleman Evcon Suncutter Package a/c unit

I have a Coleman Evcon Suncutter Package A/C unit, I can hear the compressor kicking on and it is getting cold but the blower is not kicking on to push air through the supply unit.

I was told to take the blower motor and fan off and take it to a friend and Im not sure where to start.. please help
