Blower keeps coming back on.

Colman Furnace: Model DGATO70BDO The furnace goes thru the heat cycle with the blower working ok. The blower will shut down after heat cycle for about 45 sec to 1 min. Then it will start up again and keeps blowing til it blows cool air.It will stop for a few seconds then start up again until it seems that the firebox is cool to touch. Is this the low limit switch causing me my problems? It doesnt not always act up. Other times the system works fine and the blower shuts off and stays off.
