My son has an EB20B furnace in a double wide home. The air temp, from the vents, never goes over 86º. Is this normal? We can hear clicking in the furnace quite often, I assume this is the sequencer. All elements measure 12 ohms and when first turned on, there is 240 valts AC across each one. The voltage to the coils starts sequencing off fairly soon after turning on.

Thank you for your help,
Bobc
