Hi, I have a Coleman Evcon Furnace

Model #: BGD10016AX
Serial #: 951153289


Stamped # on board: 1012-83-9501B
Sticker on board: 2702-380/ 1012-951 9610B

Please help. This thing struggled as summer, and now that I turned the furnace on, it is done. I know its the board. Which board replaces this one?
