Is it possible to remove the assembly and then only replace the motor?

No, unfortunately it is all one assembly and not sold seperately.

Do you sell just the motor? I can get the motor out of the housing when I remove the assembly. I saw a similar motor but with lower RPM's on your site, will that work. I am on a very tight budget right now.
