Heat exchanger walls and floor all sooted up.
I'm waiting for a photo of model no. to be sent to me for this HSI fired propane burner. Grateful if you could make an exception and reply to this generally. Single-wide, maybe 14 x 70, 80%-er, pretty sure it's a Coleman cause the data label is rectangular and vertically positioned on left sidewall near top of case, and I'm familiar with Coleman data labels, but I know some like this are lower down. Guessing it doesn't make any difference, because my question is general regarding the heat exchanger walls being covered with soot and what can be done about it, after correcting the cause of the problem of course, if not cost-prohibitive (cleaning in other words), or maybe a new furnace is a better choice.
