Coleman 3500A816 issues

I have an old Coleman furnace in my manufactured home that has served us well for 20 years. Lately I have noticed where I have found the elements on when I have come home without the fan blowing air. Curious about possible solution and the option of total replacement costs. I have been shutting down the breakers when not in the house.
