i have a 2007 mobile home and do not have skirt tracks in either bathrooms. master bath is a one piece shower stall and the 2nd bath is a one piece tub/shower enclosure. caulking on both of them at the junction with the floor. master bath is similar to this one http://www.republicsupplyco.com/Images...

my personal taste would be to add more lighting and even a skylight. i cant see myself looking into a window and shaving
you already have electrical inside the wall. get rid of the star above the mirror (its doing nothing) and add another light fixture or one that spans the width of the mirror.
