I got the very small diameter chrome one that Walmart has. The diameter of the shower head is nearly the same as the diameter of the pipe. I think it would work well with low pressure, I don't have that problem. Do you know why you have such low pressure?

I had a problem with shaking with my standard units. I added one pier under the laundry room (and when I looked at how the installers had done my other piers, also I added a pier in between each of the ones they did.) The place doesn't shake any more. That was 23 years ago.

I'm no furnace expert, but we solved an identical problem with our gas hot water tank by extending the length of our exhaust stack by 2-3 feet. The problem was wind swirling around the roof peak and down the chimney. Hopefully you do not have a crack in your heat exchanger.
