RE: Probably gonna be selling.

So, it is official. We will be selling. My next door neighbour ratted me out to the office, and I don't even have the dog yet. After they finished their speech to me, I dropped off a letter to them with the B.C. Mobile Home regulations stating they are in breech of their own rules for making excepti...

RE: mobile home information

I do believe the Chandeleur was made by Champion homes. There are plenty of nice things to say about Champion Homes, and I do believe they are still in business. Maybe the Chandeleur wasn't one of their best. Do a search for Champion Homes, and you should find info on your make of home. http://www.m...

RE: Help me….

Check on the inside of the cupboards above the fridge. All of my info it tacked to the back of the cupboard door. I found that allot of the older mobiles are like that.

RE: Thanks ya'll

I would also suggest saving up and getting it all at once. I ran into a major problem with mine. I went to order more laminate, and when it arrived, the company changed the locking system. Same flooring by the same company, but they changed it. I had to shave down and then re-groove the locking edge...

RE: Fishing

We went to Kitimat on Sunday. Didn't even see a fish, but it was nice to get out of the house. I have a week off coming up, so I'm spending 3 days working on our place, and the rest of the week at the river!!!

Probably gonna be selling.

I finally found the puppy I want, but there is no way I'll be approved for it in this darn park, since I've been turned down about dogs before. The thing that bothers me is that there are bigger dogs in the park, that the office approved. So, this is me, gonna give my intent to sell notice when my p...

A friend of mine did her counter tops with a spray too. I can't get hold of her to find out what it was. I know she got it at Early Building center. She also used one of my ideas, since she didn't want to cause any damage. Instead of cutting boards, use large ceramic tiles with felt pads on the unde...

RE: TSP

It stands for Trisodium Phosphate. It is a heavy duty cleaner. We get it in a powder form from building centers and hardware stores. I'm not sure were else. I haven't look anywhere else for it.

Instructions are on the container on how much TSP to water. Very good stuff to use for prep work.

RE: Solar panel

Sorry Mark, should have specified that the pool comes down in the winter. What I use to heat the water would only be used in the summer, and just to keep the water bearable to get into. Since the pool is in part of the yard that gets part shade in the afternoon, it doesn't get as warm, and our night...

RE: Container gardening Japanese Maples

I love Japanese Maples. One of the prettiest Trees I have ever seen. I have never experienced growing one myself, but people around here do have them. The funny thing is, never in a part of the yard that has full sun all day. There was one across the road from me, but it had got a disease of some so...

RE: Determined mouse

Let me tell you all a little story about "The Stink". One would never know how much a mouse could stink, but my sister could tell you. She set a trap by the basement hatch door. For some reason she placed boxes on the hatch and didn't think off the trap after that. She phoned me one day to...

RE: Best way to balance a ceiling fan so it doesn't wobble

In my opinion, I would get the bar or kit. I,ve had lights that were too heavy for a mobile cause damage. Better safe than sorry. Another thing that sets it off balance is if the blades have been painted. Tweaking a blade can cause cracks in the blade. I've tried to reshape the blades, and they neve...
