RE: Coleman furnace
It could be as simple as a adjustment to the air over the burner or a gas pressure adjustment. You will need a pro with the proper tools to check these items. Intermittent problem are always the worst to find but with the proper tools at least the items above can be checked to make sure they are wit...

RE: help with bathroom toilet
One thing you may look for is the water flush hole if your toilet has one. It is usually located in the front area near the bottom of the inside of the bowl waste area. Many times this will lime up over time and the flushing action will not work correctly. At the front of the bowl take your hand and...

You said the burner was not starting correctly but no details on how you know this fact or exactly what it is doing? How about a little detail on the burner l...

Have you checked your air filters for the furnace? When the door is open it is allowing more air to the unit. Is there something on the back of the door blocking air flow?

RE: Hot Water Heater/Water Breaker
Actually I really do not know what you have exactly. My advice was based upon circumstances I have been involved in before. I have no idea if your water heater is a 220 volt model or if your pump is a 220 volt model. My water heater is a 110 volt model. If you do not know what you are doing with ele...

If there is no identification on the units you will have to hook them temporary and use a amprobe to see how much current they draw. The curent draw will tell you what wire size to use.

You might be able to find a few line voltage t-stats on ebay or a local HVAC/refrigeration supply house. Normal HVAC thermostats do not go down that far in temperature.
Sounds like you have a Rube Goldberg going for you and i am glad this system works for you. Be careful with electric.

You could turn the breaker off just do not forget to turn it back on before the winter. Usually the thermostat turned all the way down will do the same thing.

Usually the WC on propane is 11 inches at the valve give or take. If it is running OK I guess all is well. Propane line size is important as well as tank size for when it gets real cold the tank size need to be large enough so the pressure does not drop to much. If you have more problems I would ref...

RE: Hot Water Heater/Water Breaker
Someone at one time or another could have clipped or attached the pump breakers and water heater breakers. The reason for this is so you could not run the water heater with out the pump being on. A water heater will be damaged if allowed to run without water in it. I have a similar situation at camp...

They make a stainless item and also a white tile item in the trade we call a pee plate. They are wider and longer than the toilet base. The ss one will be easier to install because it is thin and mounts under the toilet. The white on is 1/2 inch thick and will require a extension ring to be mounter ...
