Thanks for the tip. Now that you brought it up, we do have a place near us, thats called builders surplus. I am gonna check them out. I forgot about it. I was told they were cheaper with their lumber, but it slipped my mind.

I really like my Vista. I hear a lot of folks say they don't like them. I make my living on the interent, and since I got my laptop, and it has Vista, I have been very happy with it.
Although my wife hates it, and uses the desktop with XP.

Wood is so expensive. But your right. It would always be on my mind. I will get the 2x8's. I am going to use 6 x 6 's for my posts. I see their not cheap either. But I see some 4x4's that have twisted on my porch from sitting. I don't want that happening. It should be fun digging the holes for the 6...

Thanks so much. I will have to dig them out a bit. They are slight cracks, but enough to catch my attention. I appreciate the advise greatly. I will check lowes and home depot. I have to go there tomorrow.

Another Dumb question agaiin from me...

Sorry, I know I am being a pain. When I went to my MH tonight, to do some more work on it. I cleaned the fireplace out, it was terrbile. Well, after cleaning it. I noticed some of the concrete, had some very slight cracks, in between the brick. is this okay, or should I get some type of mortar and f...

I have only owned HP's. I do have a Compaq laptop also, but they are made by HP. I have always had luck with them.

Floor Joists?

I am going to start my addition next weekend. It is going to be a bedroom. Just typical bed/dressers....etc.
Are 2x6's strong enough, since there is not a bathtub or anything going in there? Or do I need to go 2x8's?

I found that they now make vinyl floor tile, that you use grout in between. They are now set far apart. You use spacers the size of a nickel. "width" of the nickel. The grout is like a paste type, that comes in a small plastic container already mixed I beleive. Lowes just started carrying ...

RE: MH in park vs move to private land

The park I am moving into is actually very nice. I knew someone who lived ther before. Very peaceful, and lots of woods, and nice sized yards. However, soon as I get mine paid off in 24 months, I am putting money aside for property. I like the park, and it is very unusual for a park, since it is ver...

I have on of those pump up sprayers. Are you saying to use the bleach solution in that?

Yeah, the holes are definately sealed. It was a roof leak, and they put a new corrogated roof on. I do have to do some work around some of the windows.

Thanks very much! I am sure thats a bad angle in the photo. In the photo, the hot seems to look bent. But it really isn't. Must be an illusion the way I took the photo...LOL
Does Lowes or Home depot sale these parts? Or do I have to go to a MH parts store?

RE: Please...need advise...

I always thought there was only one type of bleach? I always think Clorox? I will have to look into the insulations. I ripped out the outer wall to my girls rooms. There was mold at the footer board, and the back of the drywall, about 4 inches up. I ripped the whole wall apart, insulation and all, t...
