Jim,,i would be interested in reading anything else you have on installing a stainless chimney in mobile. What is a cathedral ceiling adapter? I only found a little info in your personal pics etc. Than :D x in advance!!

I just saw that this post was answered to,,so Ill interject again. The letter that arrived from Progressive stated that the floors were wavy due to NORMAL wear and tear,,of which they dont pay out for. The downside is,,for me to get them back here,,i must rip up my floors and show them proof underne...

yep,,i took heat tape off of my old trailer yrs ago when I read the high percentages of fires caused by it. We couldnt afford to have our pets burned up while we are away working.

I even tried the particle board water thing as greg suggested.(sort of) told him i had a piece of particle board on my garage floor never been wet but it was mush just from drawing ground moisture,,to that he agreed. adjuster told me washer flooding house and water laying in ductwork wouldnt make floors soft. I told him i disagree,,i said it seeps thru and gets in the insulation and it soaks up. I have one coming tuesday,,,these guys are a real pain in the a--

ratzappers are an electronic rodent killer,,very safe runs on batteries. They only kill small rodents like mice,,rats,,scuriads(squirrels chippies etc) you bait them like a trap and when the light is flashing you have a dead critter. You dont have to see it or touch it,,just tip it up into a garbage...
