Re: roof over
I had a roof over done November of last year and it was around $4,700.00 and I have a 16 X 80. They did a nice job and it was white aluminum and 3 inch polyfoam (?) board insulation with reflective film on one side. The roof looks so much better then the galvinized steel that I had plus no roof rumb...

Re: Cleaned the Driveway and Carport, what a difference!!
I live on 21 acres in the boonies. They don't seem to care just as long as they get there tax revenue from it. The people that are going to be doing the addition are from Pro-Builders which do pole barns and leantos. They build a pole type roof over, over campers and build an addition on to that. Th...

Re: Cleaned the Driveway and Carport, what a difference!!
Hi Jerry have a question for you. Is your home a single wide added on to or an older doublewide. I'm asking becasue we are contemplating adding on to our home. Did you do the work yourself or was it that way already. Just asking, thank you.

Re: Reroofing cost
Thanks Greg and JD for getting back to me. When you say you don't know the particular build of our roof I dont mean to sound silly but what do you mean by it. If your asking if it is flat or peaked roof, it is a peaked roof. The company I'm dealing with is called ThermalMAX by roof king with the The...

Re: Reroofing cost
I've seen places where water has pooled and I don't care for just coating the roof to me its like painting (sorry thats just me) Yes it is ribbed aluminum and there are two large ribs and four smaller ribs. The foam board is double sided foil, 3Inches thick.

Re: TPO Roofs?
I'm getting ready to have Roof King put a new roof on our 16 X 80 home. Its all aluminum with Foil backed 3 inch foam sheets. They do all kinds of roofs, guarantee for 40 years. They do not put screw holes in the top of the roof they anchor it down around the perimeter of the home. Let me know if yo...
