We are looking up at the siding over the window. The wavy aluminum. The frame of the original window seems to have been over the top of the siding, as there is caulking still there. When new windows were installed, they put the top edges under the siding. It's drafty in winter. I don't know if that is the cause. Should I be closing that off somehow? Caulk, screws etc.?
