Re: Evcon EB15B not heating properly

Hi Barry, You're very welcome, happy to help. $20 part means you didn't order from us. These forums don't get built and remain here for free. Try seeing if the place where you got that $20 part will offer and provide all the help and info we do. Might want to consider that in the future. Thanks, Rob...

Re: Super Bowl 45

Bret who?...... That's Brett. Going to take way more than a SB win and MVP to erase what Favre did in those 16 years. On same note, Brett didn't erase what Bart did. Aaron is a good QB and can be a great one if he can bypass the concussions long enough. He will leave his own legacy in the Pa...

Re: Coleman DGAT075BDD Four Flashing Lights

Hi Jil,

Test to see if it is open or closed. It should be closed. Any open is the problem limit.

If it is open, it is either a bad/weak limit or there is an overheating problem.

I would not bypass it without first knowing why it tripped.

Thanks,
Robert

Re: Coleman 36C67 Replacement

Hi, The mounting bracket goes on the back of the gas valve. Some of the older 7600 series furnaces have to have a new mounting bracket for the gas valve # 7975-336P. Gas Valve # 7975 - 336P can be seen and ordered from here by paging down: http://www.aberdeenhomerepair.com/store/product/2404/7956-33...

Re: Intertherm E2EB-012HA

Hi John, That is usually one of two reasons. Either a stuck contact on the sequencers or a coil has fallen or broken and is touching the frame or sides of furnace. IF a sequencer is stuck, you'll have 120vac to ground from one of the far left side coil terminals on white ceramic insulators. For the ...

Re: FEHB 020HA Blower continues to run

Hi, You will still need to follow the steps I gave to find and locate the problem area. Once the t-stat is satisfied, the power should be shut off to the blower and if it is running all the time, you will need to find out where the power is getting through. IF it won't run in auto mode, then with a ...

Re: Deluxe Blend Air II Damper Motor

Hi David, No apologies necessary, it can be a little confusing sometimes not being there, but we try to make the best of it. That would appear to be a bad board. Due to it being new, I would suggest you call Mark @ 605-229-2627 and speak with him personally. Let him go over the steps and tests and i...

Re: Intertherm MAC2254A Electrical

Hi, You need to have an electrician come and check the integrity of the two incoming power cables. Then add two more cables to give 4 or if those two are no longer good, add 4 new ones. Then connect straight to the breakers. OR, see if the electrician has a jumper bar for the breakers and then you c...

Re: FEHB 020HA Blower continues to run

Hi, You will have to start at the two motor wires used and follow back to first connection point and test there for 240vac. Continue this following those two wires/corresponding wires all the way back to the wall t-stat. Test at each connection point for 240vac. WHEN you find the 240vac, that is whe...

Re: Deluxe Blend Air II Damper Motor

Hi David,

So you have 24vac at the lower board connection terminals for the damper motor ? However, your damper motor is not working ?

IF that is the case, then the damper motor is bad most likely.

Thanks,
Robert

Hi, You're very welcome, happy to help and thank you for the kind words of support. Received your email and wasn't sure if you wree asking for the sequencer as well or not. Re: Intertherm MAC2254A Electrical

Hi, Usually due to loose and/or old wiring and/or connection points. Best setup would be having incoming power cables/wires going straight to furnace breakers inlet side. With only two power cables/wires, you will need a jumper bar for each side of breaker OR will need to run 2 new cables wires givi...

Re: Deluxe Blend Air II Damper Motor

Hi,

The damper motor opens when it receives 24vac signal from lower board. Trace the motor wires back to connections and test there for 24vac.

Follow the troubleshooting steps exact to ensure 24vac is coming in to the board.

Thanks,
Robert
