Hi,
You didn't list specifically which model number you have, but generally it's easiest to pull out the burner assembly to replace the thermocouple. A couple screws should remove the gas valve and a couple more should remove the burner.

Re: FEH-020HA-04 Blower Runs Constantly
Hi,
The blower running constantly probably has nothing to do with the thermostat. Most likely the problem is a stuck sequencer. Part number 901076 which you can see here: http://www.aberdeenhomerepair.com/store ... er-4-stage

When you say 'reset' button, do you mean the limit switch with the button in the middle?

Re: Find the problems - win a mug #3
Thanks everyone for your responses. Here's the answers I was looking for: Bad: 1. Improperly heat taped. In fact, so much heat tape was used on the waterline that its now a fire hazzard. 2. Heat tape was not covered. It should be covered with no more than 1/2" thick fiberglass insulation. Shoul...

Re: Find the problems - win a mug #2
It's time to announce a winner for our second coffee mug giveaway. Here are the 4 answers that I was looking for. 1. The blocks must have a base. For a single stack, that base should be at least a 16x16x4. A poured pad also works as a base. I also like railroad ties. And yes you could have a poured ...

Re: Find the problem - win a mug.
Yep, the coils could have easily been adjusted by lifting off the insulators and repositioning. If we would have known more about the issue, we would have talked them thru the fix over the phone so they wouldn't have needed to return the coil.

Re: Find the problem - win a mug.
Joedirt63, you have just won the mug. E-mail me your shipping address to [email protected] and I'll get a mug on the way to you.
Heating coils that are practically touching the limit switch will trigger problems. Coils should be kept an inch or more back.
Good job!

Re: Find the problem - win a mug.
The pictures may be deceiving, but the wires do not touch. If they did, it would blow a breaker and not a limit switch. Keep trying!
