Health is still...struggling. I really tore up my lungs over the summer.

The place is really nice, and I have a ton of pictures. I'll try and get those done today.

Just busy. But, the place is in. I've done some painting (pink in the living room  ) I'll post pictures next week. I've got no net access on a regular basis right now.

I have pictures of course. I'll post them when I'm back online though. (phone is off at the house) he did a really good job to be honest. And the real test was last night, when we had a massive amount of rain. He did really good.

Nope. I asked, he went. I've got him pretty well trained for his wife to be. He does dishes, feeds his cats, goes to church twice a week, and doesn't swear. I think I'm doing pretty good. I won't say he's thrilled, cause he's not. But he knows with it being just me and hiim, someone has to do some s...

It all looks very good. And I'm impressed. My lasy BF had a chair in the middle of the living room and a game system and a TV. And that was it. He ate out all the time and slept on a mattress upstairs.

Three bedroom house was really nice though.

I thought some of you would be amused to know, that poor Tarquin had a half day, so he's up on the roof of the new trailer shoving some tar into the push out's seam. The flashing that was on it separated a bit in the move, and I have new flashing, but the general opinion of several roofer buddies is...

I have a 1977 single wide, and now a 1983 Fairmont. Both are in excellent shape, although as you can read in my blog here, the 1977 has gone through some serious wear and tear here in the 5 years I've been in it. With care, a mobile can last a pretty long time. I've seen some in my area (Oswego NY) ...

I have the smaller ones in my fan. I don't care for them to be honest. They make my head ache. BUT, I do like the energy use. I'm also hoping LEDs get cheaper. I've got about a million places I want them.

We have it at Burke's luckily. $2.29 a foot. I checked online and could get it for $1.60 a foot, but after shipping and handling I'd only save around $3 total. I estimated offhand for 20 feet. To be honest, I've no idea how much I need.

The landlord, who is installing the water and sewage is not charging. There is no added bills here. And it's not a mandatory thing. But the guy who dropped the new home on the pad was the one who suggested the product. But, I've now learned, that if people do not have the name right, you aren't goin...

Heat tape?

I did search the archives, and the current posts, and didn't find what I wanted to know. And I hope this is the right section, since really this is a plumbing issue. The water and electric are not yet hooked up, and the person hooking up the water wants heat tape before he does even one thing. Now, ...
