i think you're talking about a crown in the floor. the roof is supported by the side walls witch are supported by the rim jiost of the floor.because there are only 2 metal beams under the trailer and some out riggers to support the floor.the floor joists bow over time under the weight of the roof. i...

i agree with jd . aside from rebuilding the deck or raiseing the trailer that's about theeasiest and cheapest way out. you really don't want to have the roof of the deck and the sofet attached permanetly . seen many problems with that. frost heave and wall stress from the added weight of deck roof ....

what year is your home? if it's 94 or older it may have quest tubeing . there was a recall on that brand because of leaks and pruduct failer. i had quest in my 94 astro, but don't anymore. pex red and blue. not sure of the legality of any claims because i didn't know at the time i replumbed.

hello i used behr premium plus, and zingglers primer, on vinle sideing with aluminum softit. been a year and it's still like new. prep is everything.

maybe the stud was twisted by the knot and they sistered it to keep it staight rarher than replace it. also looks like the insulation got wet near the top. i got 2 twisted studs in my kitchen wall i have to replace this spring, outside looks 6months pregnant.lol.p.s. just think it's already boxed ou...
