RE: Not Hot Enough
Hi Norbert, I think it would be easiest for you with a wiring diagram. I am in process of getting one emailed to you by tonight. We normally charge $15 for them, but will send one at no charge due to your having bought the parts from us. If I am unable to have this done by tonight, can for sure do t...

RE: Not Hot Enough
Do You have a wiring diagram ?
That would be best since the wiring colors may differ.
Let me know and if not, will see what I can do.
Thanks,
Robert

RE: Have you heard of this before?
You need to test the gas pressure at gas valve inlet side (5"wc to 7"wc) and the manifold side operating pressure (3.5"wc).
If correct inlet, but not on manifold side, suspect gas valve.
If inlet not correct, suspect gas line back to meter.
Take care and best wishes,
Robert

Hi Ray, You're very welcome. It is most likely 3", but measure to be sure. I will correct my other reply here. It should have said you CAN adjust with these. With the wax rings, if you didn't get the set right first time and needed to adjust toilet, it required a new wax ring and starting over....

Hi, Just remember, all cracks enlarge as the exchanger heats up and expands. Any HVAC Tech or Gas Co. Tech who sees a cracked Heat Exchanger should red flag it and shut it down. This is for homeowners safety and for liability concerns. I understand the finance issue and employment/retirement, but a ...

Hi John, Do you have shut-offs for the tub/shower ? If so, check the hot water shut-off. How old is your water heater ? If it is not a newer one, good chance that debris from the WH has floated down the hot water line and plugged the shut-off or an elbow prior to tub/shower valve. Disconnect at join...

Take your time. I have only added those who asked and have asked only a couple myself. Don't have much of anything filled out or even know how to. Haven't looked or tried anything really and barely know how to get on, LOL. Had some pretty serious health issues arise and many tests and have not had t...

Hi Norbert, They got hit by 2 winter storms, then a blizzard within a week to 10 days. It just kept coming with 50mph winds causing drifts. It caused a white out and closed down most of city. Roads had to be cleared and it created a 3 day down time with no shipments. When the city closes roads and b...

Hi, The Heating Element and Sequencer MUST be correct one for your Furnace. You can't install another one of higher kw without rewiring the furnace and furnace circuit cables and breakers to handle increased kw and amperages. http://www.mobilehomerepair.com/ColemanElec.html Heating Element # 3500-41...

Hi,
Most likely a faulty Sequencer or Heating Element.
Do you have a meter to test voltages and are you comfortable doing so ?
If so, we offer troubleshooting help for a $20 fee.

Thanks,
