I'm in central Florida also. Citrus county. Here you can not install a park model on private land. The smallest MH allowed here on private land is 600 square feet. Park models are allowed in MH/RV parks only. I would check with the county.

Hi Edward Almost every water heater has a dip tube. Usually when the dip tube starts to disintegrate you will see small chunks of plastic in your faucet aerators. Yep. In my county it is also the Health Dept in charge of the septic tanks. In my case the system had to be more than 80' from the well. Plus the size of the tank and square footage of the leach field depends on the size of the residence.

In Florida you can go up to 52" of blocking but after 36" your piers need to be "double tiered and blocks interlocked". Anything higher would need special approval.
