sounds like your thermostat is close to a vent or vents? do make that drastic change of running at 79? or your saying at 78 it runs all the time, which means it's not sensing the temp drop until at a certain lower point. i have the same issue, however at 74 it shuts down by 9pm or so, and if set at ...

Wow, that's horrible, so sorry. Only way i'd know of a water leak would be an abnormal water bill, which we had once or twice, 80+ a month. Found the problem quickly before it caused problems.

Wow sounds like what ive done/gone throught with Charter. Did a '1 yr promo' with the bundle, all 3 services for $99 a month. After taxes/equip lease it's more like $120. Well they call me, 3 months before the yr anniverssary and must had known i'd been looking elsewhere lol..so offered a $120 packa...
