In addition to restrictions, it could be the city or rural water system. If you are far away from the water tower or at the end of the line... your pressure will be less. Also if you live on a hill or mountain. I recommend contacting the water department and speaking with one of the maintenance pers...

In my old mobile home I just put the conduit on the paneling inside the rooms. Lowes has decorative conduit. This option allows us people in th...

Sometimes when a house is moved or during set up, it will twist. The second cause could be the roof was not designed for Iowa Snow. In Arkansas we have a State Agency called the Manufactured Home Commission, usually called the Mobile Home Commission.

See if WV has one of these agencies and ask what they recommend for your area.

Despite the name Mobile Home... they are not meant to be mobile. You buy them, install at the location and they need to stay there. It is NOT uncommon for piping to wiggle loose. Many places stopped using the grey pvc. They use white pvc that says SCHEDULE 40 (SCHD 40) on the side. That is what our ...

Some Ventilation tubes have insulation material wrapped inside the aluminum foil. If that stuff gets wet it stinks. You might have some mold in the tubes that makes it stink too. I would recommend buying all new ventilation tubes underneath. You can pull the metal boxes and clean them up and let the...

Sometimes Lowes has new doors for Mobile Homes. If not you have to find a mobile home parts dealer. If not you may contact a glass repair or door installer.
In the long run... it may be cheaper and faster to get a whole new door.

Two Questions: Does it smell like poop or like stinky dishwater? Or is your water bill higher than expected? If there is no ventilation under the house the water can never evaporate. Just because it is on a hill the soil might be made of clay or sand underneath the topsoil. I recommend putting on di...
