RE: Coleman heater gets stuck going off and on...

Sometimes the furnace seems to get stuck and it keeps going off and on, off and on

What is going off and on the blower or the burner?

RE: Water Heater pilot

There is really no test for the pilot orifice it is perfectly clean or is partially restricted. You have to take it apart to check this. Combustion air is the air that is burnt by the gas flame in the water heater. it takes a lot of air to burn clean and with no problems. You will notice somewhere a...

If a downdraft from the vent going thru the roof is causing this problem something is wrong with the vent system. Has this just started? Your pilot orifice might be partially plugged causing a short or insufficient flame. Does your water heater have enough combustion air for it to burn well when lit...

Yes it can be converted with a pilot and main orifice change, This is ONLY to be done by a trained professional HVAC person with knowlwdge of the furnace in your Mobile home.

This is not a do it yourself job.

You would have to have one huge pilot to cause the blower to come on like in your description.

In fact I do not think you can get a pilot large enough to effect the blower control.

Have a great Thanksgiving.

In all the many years in the HVAC biz I have never had a problem with ignitors like you have. ((they have a website at www.ignitersdirect.com and are warranted for 3 years)) Looks like you can send them back and get a free one under the warrenty at least. BTW there is a cure for what you are talking...

RE: Intertherm Gas Furnace. Blower coming on intermittently

Sounds like the combination fan and limit control. NOTE: this control controls the operation of the fan depending upon how much heat is in the furnace. It turns the fan off or on depending upon the furnace temp. More than likely yours is out of calibration BUT I would check the following before orde...

This is taken direct from Nordyne/Miller Note: Type 12S Series are time delay relays used as sequencers on electric heating products. (((12S includes the part number you were asking about 105144000 time delay relay for electric furnaces only. ))) The time delay you are talking about is for a electri...

RE: Colemman 7956-856 blower stays on

Robert ??

What I am getting for this unit is a
6313-2281 blower relay

OR

a 7975-3281 fan and limit.

If the fan limit is tripped will the blower run all the time on this model?

I wounder if this is a 2 wire system?

I hate to give the wrong info.
