Also. the outside area I repaired is still bare galvenized metal, I thought if I were to put roofing paper or spray foam over the area might help. as the original part has the roofing sealant with the aluminum in it, does that act like an insulator and sealer, So I am thinking outside the box now, ...

if this is a new furnace I would say that it is bad and have who ever you bought it from replace it with a new one. should be under warranty. I am not a HVAC but that is my thoughts.

I would say that be12c or eb15c would work if you want you could call a HVAC company for moble home furnaces and tell them how big your place is ( 952sq ft. ) and they should tell you what size they will sell you.

also check in side the kitchen cabinets, on cabinets doors, the closets, bath room cabinets. on one home we found it on the panel inside of kitchen cabinet. the DW was on the door under the kitchen sink.

what is the difference between a stick built
house on a block foundation and a double-
wide?

they both have piers to hold them
up. And crawl spaces under them
no under belly on stick built house.[/b]
