Re: temperature of heat in the winter

I'm just asking for when I'm not home... at work... etc... just not here & trying to conserve my propane, I'd like to have it in the 70s while I'm home but I keep it at 67 & use a robe & blankets all day & night to stay warm :( but of course my floor at that temp is unfornately cold....

temperature of heat in the winter

What is the min. that you can put your heating at in the winter so that pipes or flooring isn't soo cold?? I thought I saw/read somewhere 65, that seems high to be the lowest? I do have an old trailer though, I dont know if that makes a difference (1973)? thanks.

Re: moisture in ground under home

bob there is no leak that could be found underneath but as I said, the water runs directly under the home from the side; the water runs straight down the siding underneath which is why I asked about a hang-over added to the roof. I do have some type of grading problem, I think, my sidewalk is lower ...

Re: replace heater ducts??

Greg- "re plumb" you mean replace all the piping- plumbing... water lines... sewer pipes? That is one thing I don't know if I can do or not lol? A friend helps me do all my repairs but not sure how well he knows the above? He does all his own replairs in his house so he probably does!
