I did switch the slide in the back of the unit, no difference. Am I correct that the fan should run for a short period after the heater coils turn off, basically cooling them off/protecting them? I have a Intertherm E3EB-017H heat/air unit. For the most part it runs OK. My confusion started when I got a Hunter #44360 Programmable Thermostat. What I dont understand is when the heater used to "kick off" before the fan would run, cooling the heat coils down. Now when this new thermost...
