if you are doing a round top home 29gauge is suffice 26 gauge is abit better as long as it will follow the curve of the existing roof. you should only wait where the rafters are under the existing roof anyways. if ya caulk the screws as you go along and all the vents there shouldnt be any need to wa...

flex rib panel like the pic above is the one i used lucasseven.
29 gauge thickness minimum is what i'd recomend.
if its installed properly at the seams it wont leak.
when all the snow melts off my roof ill take a pic or two and put them in my profile .

i just did my 1977 round top mobile i bought marks book it helped imensely i used standard sized galvinized aluminum (painted bright white ) 16 ft long pieces layed side to side on the mobile. just remember to leave some overhang on each side to keep water from running down the side. 16 footers give...

i received the same email awhile back
then i saw it in the Calgary alberta sun newspaper
and yes they make up to 22 ft wide up here in alberta
22 by 76 ft single wide . i never seen one with a attached garage though. but ill check with manuf. and let ya'll know ...

just one other point.... your home owners insurance may not and probably wont cover you if anything were to happen if you left a non approved water heater in the home..

just another thought, you could sheet up the windows you dont want and put vinyl siding on the house, costly but it works

i wont say it cant be done but its only a quick cosmetic fix in a couple months all the defects you have now will be seen in the new tiles... jmo though

heres what i use round here, its a square box with a wind up spring that works a flap that kicks the mouse into another compartment that it cant get out of when it enters the trap .when you wind it up theres 12 clicks (notches) good for 12 mice put 1 piece of poison bait its bought @ your local farm...

on the old top loaders use the legs to level them out andif that dont work you need to put pads under it this is assuming the floor is good and solid for the new front load washers if you pick them up instead of getting them delivered they usually have 2 bars bolted to the drum for shipping down low...

if ya'll have a dishwasher try 2 drying cycles for a salmon wrapped in tinfoil with your favorite flavoring and voila poached salmon *note dont use the was cycle just the drying cycle. i i have done this twice now with excellent success i learned this from a french chef buddy of mine.. works wonderf...
