if it ain't broke don't fix it. really i think that's better
that cross ways . that floor may not bow as long as the out rigger supports stay in good shape . imagine craftmanship in a mobile. go figure.

yeah Mark french drain will work . just did mine . I got the very same problem you described, I used 70 feet of 4 inch pipe from the back to the front, on the side the rain water floods in. ( mountain on the back and side of lot). seems to work well ,not much rain here yet just about 3 inches this p...

Hello, I would check the hot water heater valves. if you have them. dosen't make sense frozen line no hot water. but plenty of cold water. sounds like a restriction. well the planks are about 6 inch wide and 5 or 6 mil thick, the pading is pretty firm more rubber compound than foam. might as well just pull it and do it the right way darn!!!!. well it's his room now he's got a project. maybe he'll keep it clearner after he put some sweat into it . thanks JD and G...
