Coleman Evcon EB12B outside unit does not run in heat mode. Runs in A/C mode. Heat does work (inside unit) so I'm guessing the T-stat is OK. Completely checked power and wiring just to be sure there were no breaks or shorts. Any sugestions? Does the manual give troubleshooting guides and schematics?...
