My front door needs painting again, I had painted it a couple of yrs ago cause the paint had cracked and burn marks on it. But now where the cracks was before they came back and is flaking off now, so my question is do I sand it down or do I get something like bondo to fill it back in before I paint?

Re: Window A/C unit and water

Yeah its tipped as much as the window will let me. I have that black insulation that u buy just to put beside the window units and some under it as well. Then it's taped outside across the top and sides to help prevent rain water from coming in.

I have rust stains running down the front of my home. It's a 16x80 metal on metal and the j rails hold all the water to the middle of the house and over spills causing this rust. Tried just pressure washing it but it ain't going no where. Can I use CLR? Or any suggestions? Thanks
