the roof aspect of an addition to a mobile home

I'm aware of the need to have the addition to my mobile home on it's own foundation. What I would appreciate is any advice as to how to attach the roof to the existing mobile home. At present, I have a metal roof. Can i just "flash" the roof to the addition? thanks you. and I live in Vermo...

thanks. the sub-flooring is in good shape, although i don't mind opening it up. i will be putting down hardwood floors in future. the drain might be the problem. but we could open up the sub flooring in that area only. and keep the pipes inside. i will be moving the drain for the shower. the toilet ...

I am moving my entire bathroom to an area that has no plumbing. my idea is to use PEX and replace all plumbing. my question is what would be the wisest method? my thought is to put all the lines inside, not disturb the sub floor or the underbelly. i can cover the lines so that they don't show. also,...

i have used SIPs (structurally insulated panels). i live near a manufacturer of these and get the out cuts for free. they are one sheet of USB, 4 or 6 inches of rigid foam and another sheet of USB. it works very well. anyone had any experience with these? mary
