Thanks for your input Harry. I had already purchased the underbelly materials, but had the mh set-up repair company come out for an estimate on foundation work(see other posts),while they were there, I figured I'd see how much it would cost to get them to do the work...That is when they told me that...

Hi.....Thanks for your input.....great suggestion.....However I think I'm moving in the right direction for now....I took JD's advise and contacted a mobilehome setup/repair company; they came out and checked out my piers/tie downs and told me that my tie downs won't make the guidelines for FHA....S...

Thanks for your input JD. My problem is that getting the refi is to make some improvements; such as the slab/foundation,covered deck,carport and metal roofing. I am in a poor situation here and this could be a deal breaker as far as the refi goes.....I'm going to speak with my loan consultant on Fri...

Here I am again....So; I opened up the belly along the area in question....no water leaks...The duct work is very wet...We cut along the path of the ductwork to find the same...wet...So we just left it open with the fan blowing under there...I went to my local mobile home supply place and they do ca...

Hi...Well, I'm re-writing this as I hit the wrong key and lost my whole post....rrrrrrr! Anyways, I went to L_____s and got t he gauge..put it on the outside spigot that goes into the house...went in flushed the toilet and ran some water in the sink..went out and the gauge only moved as the pump wen...
