A friend of ours said it could be the blower controller, I switched the blower to low,medium and hi and there was no noticable difference in pressure. is there something that needs to be replaced?

The guy that came out is a qualified hvac tech.

My brother and I replaced the ducts ourselves, everything is on correctly, the way it should be and the ducts are not collapsed.

Everything is looks good, But, something is wrong somewhere.
