RE: moniter kerosene heater?
thanks, Greg
I had never heard of these types of furnaces so I was curious, I will look at some sites on them, sounds like a good alternative after the initial cost.
thanks,
Rose

RE: connecting old poly to pex
Thank you all so much, as always great information. I might see how much a plumber would charge to do the water heater, gas connections scare me! I hope it is not outrageous. I think we will try the the sharkbites (in easier to repair places) and then try to get the pocket crimper because I'm sure m...

RE: hole under water heater
No, this is under the water heater, it is a seperate piece that the heater sits on and if you look down into it it goes through the floor to the under side of the trailer. (if the water heater is not on top of it)

hole under water heater
Another question! When we removed the gas water heater to repair the floor there is a round metal dish with a hole with a shaft going straight down through the floor, not sure why the hole? Is it because of the pilot light? and is that hole supposed to be attached to something under the trailer? Tha...

algae stuff on roof
We haven't been as far as the roof on my son's home yet, but from the ground it looks as if green algae looking stuff is growing all over it, the roof itself is white, can this be power washed so we can figure out where to go from there.

Rose

RE: repairing plumbing under kitchen sink
I'm glad you mentioned that because we have been wanting to turn the water on before it was done but were afraid of water getting the new floor wet if we didn't do it right.
Thanks, Rose
