No, this is under the water heater, it is a seperate piece that the heater sits on and if you look down into it it goes through the floor to the under side of the trailer. (if the water heater is not on top of it)

Another question! When we removed the gas water heater to repair the floor there is a round metal dish with a hole with a shaft going straight down through the floor, not sure why the hole? We haven't been as far as the roof on my son's home yet, but from the ground it looks as if green algae looking stuff is growing all over it, the roof itself is white, can this be power washed so we can figure out where to go from there.

We are trying to put all new pipes under my sons kitchen sink and I have a couple of questions. There is a black drain? pipe coming from the side and the grey poly hot and cold piped come up from a hole in the floor, my question is how do we get these in the new cabinet with the least amount of work...

I'm glad you mentioned that because we have been wanting to turn the water on before it was done but were afraid of water getting the new floor wet if we didn't do it right.
