you could check water temp. to see if it gets to temp of the thermostat and see if it is working as it should.

We bought a DW on 5 acers in Ohio in 09/2008 and on our deed states home on land and was told by the state that since it was on block foundation it was real property and no need for title for Mobile home. I don`t know if this is true where you live?

all you should have to do is make the frame the same size as the one you are taking out unless you are replaceing the doors with a full sized door.

heating under home

could I use DigitalDreams hot air solar panels to heat the craw space under a double wide? would it help to keep the house warm and pipes from freezing in the winter?
